Account Deletion

You can request account deletion directly from the OSH Home mobile app. Deletion is confirmed through a one-time email link.

Sign In

Open the OSH Home mobile app and sign in to the account you want to remove.

Request Deletion

Open account settings and choose Delete account to start the process.

Check Email

Look for the deletion confirmation email and open the one-time link from your inbox.

Confirm Action

Approve deletion on the confirmation page to complete the removal of your account.

The confirmation link is one-time and can expire. If needed, start the flow again from the app.

Can't Access the App?

If you cannot sign in, send a request to shmatko1095@gmail.com with subject Account deletion request - OSH Home and include your account email.

What Happens to Your Data

Removed

Account profile and authentication-related records in OSH Home systems.

Unassigned

User-to-device assignment records linked to your account are removed.

Retained If Required

Limited records may be retained for legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.

Processing Time

We aim to process confirmed deletion requests within 30 calendar days.
