You can request account deletion directly from the OSH Home mobile app. Deletion is confirmed through a one-time email link.
Open the OSH Home mobile app and sign in to the account you want to remove.
Open account settings and choose Delete account to start the process.
Look for the deletion confirmation email and open the one-time link from your inbox.
Approve deletion on the confirmation page to complete the removal of your account.

Account profile and authentication-related records in OSH Home systems.
User-to-device assignment records linked to your account are removed.
Limited records may be retained for legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.
We aim to process confirmed deletion requests within 30 calendar days.
